Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader, based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets. Primary responsibilities include developing strategies, guiding the team in achieving individual and collective goals, analyzing sales metrics, providing performance feedback, and training team members.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide, motivate, and develop sales professionals
• Experience in sales planning, strategy development, and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market trends and ability to analyze sales metrics to drive improvements
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges effectively
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
• Previous experience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred
