Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a luxury real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and ensuring achievement of business targets in the luxury residential segment.
Key Responsibilities:
.Lead, guide, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Specialists.
.Drive luxury real estate sales and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
.Handle high-net-worth clients and provide premium customer experience.
.Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
.Monitor team performance and provide regular training and motivation.
.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize closures and revenue.
.Maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
.Ensure proper follow-up and lead management through CRM systems.
.Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates.
.Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales operations.
Qualifications:
.Bachelor's degree in Any stream.
.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury projects, with experience in Bangalore
.Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
.Strong understanding of luxury residential market and client handling.
