Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Leader based in Kottayam. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and analyzing sales performance metrics. The role involves mentoring team members, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and developing effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members effectively
  • Excellent Sales and Customer Service abilities, with a focus on achieving targets and providing a positive customer experience
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to track performance metrics and develop data-driven strategies
  • Prior experience in sales leadership roles and relevant industries is an advantage
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams toward achieving business goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
