Job SummaryThe Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team to achieve business goals, maintain productivity, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring performance, providing guidance, and driving team success.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of executives, telecallers, or sales representatives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure achievement.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads, cases, or customer requests.
Prepare and submit performance reports and MIS.
Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and compliance within the team.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth business operations.
