We're Hiring | Team Lead – Renewals | Bangalore (WFO)
Bhanzu is looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our Renewals Team and drive business growth across India & GCC.
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
We're Looking For Candidates With
3–6 years of experience in Sales, Renewals, Retention, Customer Success, or Inside Sales
1–2 years of team handling experience
Strong track record of achieving revenue and conversion targets
Excellent coaching, performance management, and stakeholder management skills
EdTech Or High-growth B2C Sales Experience Is Preferred
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office
Compensation
Fixed CTC: Up to ₹10 LPAPerformance Variable: Up to ₹4 LPATotal Compensation: Up to ₹14 LPA
