Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Team Lead at Bhanzu. The candidate will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure the achievement of set targets and strategic goals. Responsibilities include mentoring and training team members, monitoring sales metrics, providing excellent customer service, and developing innovative sales strategies. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and maximize team performance.

  • Proven skills in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Prior experience in sales or team leadership roles is highly preferred.
