Job Summary & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Utility Sales team in SI Sales Northern Region.
The incumbent will be responsible to grow & sustain Order Value target across portfolios in EA, GSW & E-Mobility Business Units from Govt. & Private Power Utility Customers.
He/She possesses a strong understanding of emerging trends & key drivers for Power Utilities, Energy Transition, adoption of IoT & Digital technologies etc. and a deep knowledge of business portfolios to solve customer pain areas and issues.
The candidate should be good at networking and building relationship with key decision makers up to CXOs.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach & mentor team of sales engineers to create a culture of high performance, openness & trust.
He/she acts as a voice of customer to escalate timely all critical customer topics for resolution.
