Sales Team Lead

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with extensive experience in direct sales, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

Location: Mahalakshmi Layout, Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

· Maintain relationships with key clients and corporate accounts

· Build, lead, and mentor a strong sales team

· Must be driven to sell & grow

· Experience in direct sales

· Must have retail experience

Qualifications:

· Any Bachelor's degree

· Minimum 4 years of experience

· Strong Communication (Kannada & English)

· Having worked in the travel industry in Bangalore

· Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
