Job descriptionKey Responsibilities
- Actively work on verified leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assisting in deal closures.
- Interact with customers to understand requirements, address queries, and demonstrate project features and benefits.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure clients receive complete and accurate
information.
- Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and coordinate with presales and sales teams.
- Delegate tasks, empower team members, and improve their sales and communication skills
through regular mentoring.
- Conduct team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and performance.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports and provide insights and solutions to
management.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or similar fields (Banking, Insurance,
Finance).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Confident, dynamic, and result-oriented individual with a creative outlook.
Good understanding of Bengalurus Real estate market and willingness to travel across the
city.
Must possess a valid driving license and his/her own vehicle.
