Role Overview

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and driving the performance of the Business Development team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of BDAs / Sr. BDAs
  • Assign weekly & monthly targets
  • Conduct daily sales review meetings
  • Provide training and performance feedback

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive team to achieve enrolment & revenue targets
  • Monitor lead funnel, conversions, and collections
  • Support team in closing high-value prospects
  • Ensure CRM discipline and call tracking

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop sales strategies to improve conversion ratio
  • Analyze performance reports and identify improvement areas
  • Implement process improvements for better efficiency

Reporting

  • Share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management
  • Forecast revenue and pipeline performance

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
  • 36 years of experience in Education Sales / EdTech
  • Minimum 12 years of team handling experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
