Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram office. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, driving their performance toward achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training and support to team members, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role also entails resolving customer queries, analyzing sales data, and ensuring exceptional service standards.

  • Strong team management and leadership skills to guide and support a sales team
  • Proficiency in sales and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Prior experience in a sales leadership role is preferred
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and organized with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
