Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a field sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Mandatory hands-on experience in handling field sales teams
- Plan and execute field sales strategies to improve productivity and conversions
- Conduct regular field visits with team members for coaching and performance improvement
- Monitor team attendance, productivity, and daily activity tracking
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets and business growth
- Train and onboard new sales executives
- Maintain MIS, reports, and performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales
- Must have field team handling experience (mandatory)
- Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
