Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales in the assigned territory and expand product reach.
  2. Lead and manage a sales team, setting clear targets and goals.
  3. Monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in channel sales and distribution management.
  2. Strong team management skills with experience in leading a sales team.
  3. Proficient in Excel and other sales-related data tools.
  4. Graduate/Post Graduate with a growth mindset and market knowledge.
