Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sale of EDC machines through various channels across multiple locations.
  • Create and manage a high-performance team, set clear goals, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Resolve merchant queries and maintain strong merchant engagement across the region.
  • Motivate and provide training to team members, ensuring performance targets are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a team and driving sales performance.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations, oversee team performance, and resolve issues.
  • Strong growth mindset, initiative, and self-motivation to achieve business goals.
