Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive city-level sales enrollments and prepare a strong database of prospective customers.
  • Handle and motivate team members to achieve higher sales and regular market presence.
  • Manage geographic sales areas to meet targets and maximize business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client personnel from lead qualification to closure.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduation required, Post Graduation preferred, with prior channel sales and team handling experience.
  • Strong market knowledge, distribution expansion skills, and understanding of sales metrics.
  • Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
  • Ability to motivate teams to achieve high incentive earnings and drive consistent field activities.
