Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager (L1) to join our team. In this role, you will lead a sales team, drive on-ground sales initiatives, manage customer acquisition activities, and ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved. You will lead from the front, guide territory management, and ensure excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team.
• Assign territories and set clear revenue targets and KPIs.
• Drive on-ground sales and local outreach campaigns.
• Monitor lead generation and ensure proper follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with parents and students.
• Track daily/weekly sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales (Ed-Tech preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team.
• Experience handling a team of 10–15+ members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Laptop – Mandatory

Languages Preferred - English, Oriya/Odia.
