Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and sell products/services for the company, representing the brand.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers from lead outreach to final purchase.
  • Handle a 5-member sales team, ensuring team goals are met and managed effectively.
  • Monitor distribution, expansion, and metrics for the sales team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with oil and gas merchants and PSU companies.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in Channel & Distribution sales.
  • Strong experience in team handling.
  • Proficient in Excel and sales data tools.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate preferred.
