Job Description

As a fast-growing startup, we are now expanding our Sales team and are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage, motivate, and drive performance for our tele-calling sales team, ensuring they hit revenue targets and deliver an exceptional experience to our pet parent customers.

Responsibilities:

Day to day management of Tele-sales agents

Leverage data to monitor and improve sales performance.

Hire and train new tele-callers to ensure they're equipped with the necessary skills to succeed

Increase revenue generation from telecalling operations.

Improve conversion rates.

Conduct quality audits and implement improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Skills Needed:

1-3 years of experience of handling a sales team, preferably in a B2C environment.

Bachelors Degree is a must.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skill

Strong understanding of sales processes, sales funnels, and revenue generation strategies.
