Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Team Leader based in Coimbatore , We are looking for dynamic leaders to drive our sales engine.

Dual Focus: Manage your own individual sales targets while leading a 3-member high-energy team.

Field Action: Drive daily field activities, client meetings, and sales closures.

Coaching: Train, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales Team Handling

Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and inspire the sales team.

Proven Sales expertise, including achieving sales targets and understanding market trends.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.

Strong Analytical Skills for assessing sales data, forecasting, and improving performance metrics.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in a leadership role within sales is highly advantageous.

Salary : 35000 to 45000 + Incentives
