Role overview

The Sales Team Lead will be a pivotal figure in HealthTick's growth, responsible for leading a high-performing sales team focused on our innovative lifestyle change programs. This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise, people leadership, quality assurance, and training acumen. The ideal candidate is an empathetic and responsible leader who drives team success while fostering a positive and skilled work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Target Achievement: Directly responsible for ensuring the sales team meets and consistently exceeds monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
  • Team Morale & Culture: Serve as an empathetic leader, fostering a high-trust, collaborative, and results-driven team culture where every member feels valued.
  • Call Quality Assurance (QA): Implement and maintain rigorous standards for sales call quality, ensuring the team communicates the program's value effectively and with empathy.
  • QA Execution: Conduct regular Quality Assurance (QA) audits (e.g., listening to recorded calls, reviewing communication logs) and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
  • Training & Onboarding: Design, deliver, and continuously refine the onboarding and training programs for new and existing sales team members, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and quality standards.
  • Feedback Delivery: Masterfully deliver both reinforcing and corrective feedback to improve individual and team performance in a clear, supportive, and effective manner.
  • Webinar Sales Ownership: Be fully responsible for achieving in-webinar sales conversions and executing effective post-webinar follow-up strategies to maximise enrollment.

What we're looking for

  • Prior Sales Leadership: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Team Lead or equivalent supervisory role.
  • Specific Industry Experience: Proven track record in the sales of lifestyle change programs, wellness solutions, health-tech, or similar subscription-based services.
  • Empathy and Communication: Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to listen actively, understand user needs, and deliver feedback effectively.
  • Training & Coaching Ability: Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team, elevating the skill set of the entire unit.
  • High Responsibility: A highly responsible, self-driven individual who takes full ownership of outcomes and is accountable to the team and the organisation.
