Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can support the BD team across both inside and outside sales activities. This is not a desk-only role. You will handle back-office sales tasks — preparing proposals, managing follow-ups, maintaining trackers — and also accompany or independently visit clients to explain our products in person. If you are organised, a clear communicator, and comfortable being in front of people, this role gives you direct exposure to the full sales process in a growing edtech company.
What You Will Do
- Call prospective schools, colleges, and institutions to introduce TEM and fix appointments for the BD team
- Accompany the BD Manager or Executive once the preliminary discussions are finalised to explain product features and answer queries
- Independently visit schools for follow-up meetings, product walkthroughs, and document collection after the first conversation has happened
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentation packs ahead of client meetings
- Draft and send follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages after meetings
- Maintain and update the lead pipeline tracker on a daily basis
- Coordinate internally for agreements, onboarding paperwork, and post-sale requirements
- Support the team at education exhibitions, school events, and Career Ready India outreach activities
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or a client-facing support role
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to visit clients are welcome to apply
- Clear spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
- Organised and reliable — someone who follows through on tasks without being reminded
- Comfortable making cold calls and visiting clients when required
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining trackers
- Based in Mumbai and willing to travel locally at times for client visits
