Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Lead to assist the sales team in managing coordination with internal stakeholders, supporting customer communication, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role will work closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales & Solutions team, and other cross-functional teams to help move opportunities forward and improve sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as VP- Sales, Pre Sales , Delivery, Marketing to support sales opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication among the sales, presales and internal stakeholders as well as client to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
  • Track the progress of sales opportunities and follow up with relevant teams for updates.

Meeting & Engagement Management

  • Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, including client calls.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate participant availability, and ensure smooth execution of meetings.
  • Document meeting notes and follow up on action items.

Prospect Communication

  • Communicate with prospects and clients via email to coordinate meetings, share required information, and follow up on requests.

Sales Campaign & Activity Tracking

  • Assist in tracking outbound sales campaigns and prospecting initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign progress and maintain records of outreach activities.
  • Support sales reporting and update CRM systems as required.

Administrative Sales Support

  • Maintain accurate data in CRM tools such as Salesforce,
  • Support preparation of sales documents, proposals, and presentations when required.
  • Help track sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline movement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Business Operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / MS Teams.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, and pipeline tracking.
  • Basic understanding of sales outreach or marketing campaigns.
