Sales support specialist is an iterative process across the sales stages (1-7) of providing the sales, bid and Capgemini client teams with the resources they need during the sales process. These resources may include content support (customized and standard), references, tools, market information and knowledge support to effectively sell your product or service to customers and deliver high quality proposal responses (proactive and reactive). Some of the roles that include as a part of this category are Proposal Support, Knowledge Managers, Market and Business intelligenceâÀËSales support specialist ensure Proposal Quality delivered to the customerâÀË, help with industrialization of knowledge management for faster turnaround on contentâÀË, provide business and market insights which includes competition insights, industry insights, stakeholder profiling

Job Description - Grade Specific

Collaborate with sales leadership bid managers and solution strategists to develop proposals and presentations that lead to winning new business. Support in managing the industrialized content and review on a regular basis. Help with standard analyst reports and basic insights required by sales and bid teams.
