Sales Support Specialist

Ash Buyers Agency is looking for a confident, organised and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has strong administrative skills, and is comfortable working in a structured sales environment.

You will work closely with our sales and client services teams and play an important role in managing new enquiries, qualifying prospective clients, maintaining accurate information and supporting the sales process.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective clients who have submitted an enquiry and guide them through the next stage of our process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling new client enquiries to verify and collect relevant information
• Building rapport and creating a positive client experience
• Understanding clients property goals, circumstances and requirements
• Helping clients understand the next steps in our process
• Accurately recording and updating client information in our CRM
• Following structured scripts, processes and sales systems
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and administrative tasks
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client handovers
• Following up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience speaking with clients over the phone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening and questioning skills
• Confidence speaking with clients and gathering personal and financial information professionally
• Strong administration and data-entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to follow structured processes and scripts consistently
• A professional and customer-focused approach
