This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The roles available include Sales Support, Service Engineer, Sales Manager, and Service Coordinator. The responsibilities involve customer support, technical troubleshooting, resolving service issues, providing field service assistance, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and meeting sales objectives or service goals.

• Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Expertise in Field Service tasks, with hands-on technical abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage time effectively
• Technical or engineering background preferred, with prior experience in mining or industrial equipment industries as an advantage
• Flexibility to work on-site and manage field operations in Coimbatore
