Job Responsibilities for Sales Support Officer-Gurugram
Responsible for sales support function in a sales organization.preferably related to Textiles
Creation/ Updating of customer master data; preparation of offers & PI; Processing of orders from customers/ dealers; Debit Notes/ Credit Notes.
Must have good knowledge of CRM Software.
Responding to customer calls/ quires/ communication
Release of purchase order against customer orders
Coordination between sales team, dealer and customers on order/ delivery status
Coordinating with colleague at central planning for delivery of goods
Preparing/ receiving couriers etc.
Payment follow-up with customer/ dealers and entering the payments in the system
Maintaining and booking account entries in customer leader
Technical Skills:
Has knowledge of the SAP, HANA module, CRM software must
Working in a sales and Distribution environment and using an ERP system
Very good MS-Office knowledge (especially MS-Excel)
An analytical mindset and a strong affinity for numbers
Practical Training:
Strong communication skills-written as well as spoken
Textile market experience/ knowledge would be an advantage
Local candidates preferred as it will help in retention
Should be married and settled at Gurugram - in case of Female candidate
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Diploma
