Role: Sales Support Lead (US Staffing)
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift/EST (6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST)
Lead and manage ARK's Sales Intelligence Unit, ensuring that account intelligence, contact mapping, CRM execution, and outreach preparation are completed with high quality enabling the sales team to operate with speed, precision, and context.
This role ensures that 70% of the sales workload is completed before sales engagement begins, acting as the operational backbone of outbound strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end workflow:
- Account Intelligence → Contact Mapping → CRM → Outreach
Manage 3-person team across defined roles
Ensure high-quality outputs:
- Deep account insights
- Accurate decision-maker identification
- Clean CRM and hotlists
- Ready-to-send outreach
Work closely with:
- Marketing (campaign alignment)
- API/Admin (offerings, templates, tools)
Track performance:
- Response rates (target: 6–11%)
- Outreach readiness
- Data quality
- Continuously improve processes and templates
- Oversee Position #1, #2 and #3 to ensure accurate transfer and categorization of company and contact data in JobDiva.
- Partner with Position #2 to validate Why this client logic ensuring each account pursued is strategic and well-researched.
- Guide Position #4 teams (India) on outreach sequencing, messaging, and qualifying IT managers/procurement contacts at internally managed programs.
- Support U.S. Position #5 in relationship penetration with actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with Marketing to build capability statements and campaigns aligned with Position #2 insights.
- Ensure every marketing touch (email, collateral, drip sequence) maps to active opportunities in JobDiva.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or marketing management — preferably in IT staffing or professional services.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (JobDiva, Salesforce, or similar) and databases (ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead multi-function offshore teams (research, analytics, marketing).
- Analytical thinker with excellent communication, delegation, and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable presenting insights to executive leadership.
