Role : Sales Support Intern ( Internship )

Location: Pearls Omaxe Tower, 701, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi, 110034.

Work Mode: On-Site, Delhi ( As per Company Policy )

Duration: 4 months Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Intern who understands the basics of sales and has the confidence to engage with clients over calls and email. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups on leads, booking appointments, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

As a Sales Support & CRM Intern, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring our customer data is accurate, our leads are nurtured efficiently, and our sales processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on key sales metrics, pipeline health, and lead conversion rates to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain CRM records and track follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.
  • Act as the primary administrative point of contact for external B2B inquiries, routing leads, scheduling meetings, and managing complex calendars for the Sales Team.
  • Track and manage post-meeting follow-up activities, ensuring timely delivery of proposals.
  • Follow up with prospects until a final decision is made.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
  • Ensure all client and prospect data is current, accurate, and properly categorized, including contact information, deal stages, communication history, and key pain points.

Requirements

  • Must have fully completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (lead qualification, follow-ups, closing basics)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
  • Confidence in handling client calls and queries.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in client interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
