Our Sales Support team plays a vital role in converting enquiries into confirmed orders and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and internal departments from enquiry to final delivery.
Role Purpose
The Executive Sales Support will be responsible for managing leads, coordinating with customers and internal teams, tracking orders, and ensuring timely communication at every stage from enquiry to dispatch and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Customer Calling
Maintain and regularly update leads received from IndiaMart, Google, and the sales team.
Call new prospective customers to introduce the company, products, and business details.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and upcoming requirements.
2. Order Coordination & Internal Follow-up
Forward customer buying requirements to the billing team for order processing.
Coordinate with the billing team once Purchase Orders (POs) are generated.
Share PO details with vendors for confirmation and processing.
3. Vendor & Payment Coordination
Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and payment status.
Collect payment confirmations, screenshots, and signed PO copies from vendors.
Share payment proofs and PO documents with the accounts team for records and further action.
4. Dispatch, Logistics & Delivery Follow-up
Coordinate with the dispatch team to share transport details and branch delivery addresses.
Confirm receipt of LR (Logistic Receipt) from the dispatch team.
Share LR copies/photos with dealers to keep them informed about dispatch status.
Follow up with dealers to ensure timely material receipt.
Coordinate internally in case of material shortages or stock issues and ensure corrective action is taken promptly.
5. Growth & Conversion Tracking
Monitor lead-to-order conversion rates and report delays or drop-offs to senior management.
Maintain basic MIS data to help management analyse enquiry trends and dealer behaviour.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and tele-calling skills
Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
Basic understanding of sales order and dispatch processes
Organised work style with attention to detail
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Sales Support, Tele-calling, or Order Coordination roles
Position Opening
5-6 staff requirement. Preferably looking for Kanada, Telugu, North East (Bengali) speaking.
Salary Range
Starting from 15000 22000 p.m.
Incentive will be extra
