Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between our sales, dispatch, and accounts departments while maintaining exceptional service to our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and internal departments for order processing and dispatch tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in generating sales reports, MIS, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Handle customer and distributor queries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Follow up on payments, stock status, and invoice reconciliation.
- Support the execution of promotional activities and field sales events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or similar roles (FMCG experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
