Job Description

GQ Singapore is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Support Executive to join our growing commercial team. This is a junior position suitable for someone who is keen to build a career in media, publishing and advertising sales. You will provide day-to-day support to the commercial team, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, quotations and reports

. Coordinate advertising materials, campaign deliverables and submission deadlines

. Liaise with clients and internal editorial, creative and production teams

. Maintain client records, sales trackers and campaign documentation

. Follow up and ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly

. Good written and verbal communication skills

. Proactive, positive and willing to learn

. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

. An interest in media, fashion, luxury and lifestyle would be an advantage
