Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Coordination:

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for sales teams across Bangalore, Kochi, and Mangalore.
  • Assist in execution of sales campaigns, distributor engagement activities, and product communications.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tasks delegated by the sales team, with an emphasis on distributor servicing and internal coordination.

Branch Operations:

  • Manage regular administrative and operational workflows within the branch sales including transaction collection, document verification, dispatch coordination, and query resolution.
  • Liaise with the Operations teams for processing and escalation support.

MIS, Data Management & Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain MIS dashboards related to sales performance, AUM movements, SIP book, and region-specific business metrics.
  • Track partner activity across assigned geographies.
  • Share periodic reports with Branch and Regional leadership, along with key insights wherever required.

Distributor & Channel Partner Support:

  • Support IMFDs National Distributors (NDs), and banking partners with onboarding, documentation, and transaction queries.
  • Provide guidance on digital transaction tools, online platforms, and mobile apps offered by Franklin Templeton.
  • Build working knowledge of key partners in the region familiarity with top IMFD partners and ND networks will be a strong plus.

Event & Meeting Support:

  • Coordinate logistics and backend support for regional IMFDs meetings training programs, webinars, and market update sessions.
  • Manage distributor communications, invitations, attendance, and feedback collation.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all activities adhere to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, proper record-keeping, and real-time database updates.

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Education:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in mutual fund operations, branch support, or sales coordination
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Experience in coordinating across multiple branches or regions is preferred
  • Prior experience in mutual funds or financial services is essential
  • NISM VA certification is compulsory

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada and/or Malayalam is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools
  • High attention to detail, process orientation, and organizational ability
  • Self-starter with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to multi-task
  • Understanding of mutual fund products, distribution ecosystem, and operational workflow
  • Knowledge of key IMFD and National Distributor partners in Bangalore will be an added advantage
