Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales and convert customer inquiries into paying customers
- Handle customer support through calls, WhatsApp, and chat
- Perform cold calling to customers for follow-ups, issue resolution, and sales conversion
- Contact businesses and partners for collaborations and growth opportunities
- Explain MagicIndi services confidently and professionally to customers
- Build strong customer relationships and improve customer experience
- Maintain daily follow-ups, lead updates, and sales activity reports
- Achieve monthly sales and customer conversion targets
- Work independently and actively contribute to company growth
- Support business operations and assist in startup tasks whenever required
Requirements
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and partners confidently
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer interactions
- Able to work independently in a startup environment
- Willing to grow with the company through startup challenges and opportunities
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Tuesday to Sunday
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
