Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on sales support professional who can manage backend sales operations and actively contribute to lead generation. This role supports the sales team end-to-end, from first call to quotation and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Backend & Coordination
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and basic sales documents
  • Handle client queries related to pricing, products, availability & delivery
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts & vendors for smooth order execution
  • Maintain Excel trackers, CRM data & email communication
  • Lead Generation & Calling
  • Do cold calling & follow-ups on new and existing leads
  • Generate and qualify leads via calling, email & LinkedIn
  • Understand basic client requirements and route qualified leads to sales
  • Maintain lead data and follow-up cycles

Requirements

  • 13 years experience in sales coordination / inside sales / lead generation
  • Exposure to IT hardware / AV / technology products preferred
  • Good command over MS Excel, email drafting & basic documentation
  • Comfortable with calling and client interaction
  • Organized, proactive and willing to learn
