We are looking for a hands-on sales support professional who can manage backend sales operations and actively contribute to lead generation. This role supports the sales team end-to-end, from first call to quotation and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Backend & Coordination
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and basic sales documents
- Handle client queries related to pricing, products, availability & delivery
- Coordinate with sales, accounts & vendors for smooth order execution
- Maintain Excel trackers, CRM data & email communication
- Lead Generation & Calling
- Do cold calling & follow-ups on new and existing leads
- Generate and qualify leads via calling, email & LinkedIn
- Understand basic client requirements and route qualified leads to sales
- Maintain lead data and follow-up cycles
Requirements
- 13 years experience in sales coordination / inside sales / lead generation
- Exposure to IT hardware / AV / technology products preferred
- Good command over MS Excel, email drafting & basic documentation
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Organized, proactive and willing to learn
