Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support Executive (Healthcare) role based in Rajkot. The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team in managing leads, preparing proposals, and following up with healthcare clients such as clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating product demonstrations, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting onboarding and training for new clients. The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues, as well as gathering feedback to improve products and services. The Sales Support Executive will also help prepare reports, analyze basic sales data, and contribute to meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer service and sales support capabilities, including handling inquiries, follow-ups, and basic negotiation or objection handling.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and comfort working with CRM or similar sales tracking systems.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare or health-tech environments, or a strong interest in learning about healthcare workflows and digital platforms.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in sales support or customer support may also be considered.
  • Ability to work on-site in Rajkot on a full-time schedule; proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
