Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and digitally savvy Sales Support Executive to support retail, corporate, and e-commerce sales channels. This role ensures seamless order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, inventory coordination, and sales process efficiency.
Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Coordinate daily sales operations across retail, corporate, and online channels to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end order processing including inventory allocation, logistics planning, and delivery execution.
- Schedule customer deliveries, coordinate appointments, and conduct post-delivery follow-ups to enhance customer experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare quotations and sales documentation, coordinating requirements for corporate sales opportunities.
- Accurately process sales transactions, inventory adjustments, and order documentation within ERP and business systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment across warehouses, showrooms, and retail outlets.
- Manage showroom display inventory and maintain records of furniture loaned for marketing, corporate, or partnership use.
- Collaborate with Retail, Corporate Sales, E-commerce, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to support sales targets and customer experience initiatives.
- Provide operational support during sales campaigns, promotions, product launches, and peak business periods.
Digital Operations & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate data in inventory management and e-commerce systems to ensure data integrity.
- Generate and analyze operational and sales reports to support informed decision-making.
- Leverage digital tools and automation to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Partner with the Digital team to identify, test, and implement process enhancements and system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures through proper documentation and data management.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and adoption of new business systems and technologies.
Team Collaboration & Administration
- Act as a key coordination point between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Retail, and Digital teams to streamline operations.
- Provide cross-coverage and support for Sales Operations team members during leave or peak workload periods.
- Manage incoming customer communications via phone, email, and digital channels efficiently.
- Maintain organized digital filing and documentation systems to support operational needs.
- Assist management with operational projects and ad-hoc assignments to drive team goals.
- Contribute ideas and best practices to improve team productivity, customer experience, and operational performance.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales Administration, or related disciplines.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Retail Operations, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business systems such as AUTOCOUNT, Shopify, and inventory management platforms.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, automation workflows, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
