What We Expect From You:

Responsibilities:

High work ethic

Follow our proven sales process

Train with your coach daily

150+ Dials per day

Manage your pipeline and follow up properly

Admin work for data collection

Be a team player

Requirements:

6 months+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business

Self-sufficient and able to properly manage your own time

Open to learning new processes in sales

Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)

Comfortable discussing men's health topics with maturity and zero judgment

Location:

In-Office, South Delhi - India (option to relocate for top performers)

Compensation:

Rs. 2.4 - 3.6L Base Salary + Performance Based Incentives

Top performing setters are eligible for promotion within 90 days.
