To serve as a single point contact to the Institutional Sales Team for any service related issues. To function as a link between the team and inter department personnel (i.e customer service, operations etc). Actively engage in channel partners specially with Wealth Counters and help the team to focus on their major role and also enhance investor relationship .
Key challenges -
1.Servicing multiple Channel heads could call for high degree of multitasking and may result in time constrain in meeting expectations of clients/distributors.
2.Unavailability of relevant information on time.

Performance Updates, Analysis, mailing and dispatches, database maintenance. Preparing MIS for Entire Karnataka Region and sharing the same with Channel Head and Branch Managers |
| KRA3 | Preparing reports for the business development function like RM Wise Weekly Sales Tracker for Region , Sales MIS, Expense Tracker for Region Preparing Reports for the team like Daily performance and Daily Inflow/Outflow | Ensure to submit reports on time and accurately. Thus helping the team understand the performance at individual level |
