Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience during site visits and presentations

• Conduct detailed project walkthroughs including layouts, amenities, and configurations

• Ensure accurate customer data capture and CRM updates prior to sales interactions

• Support sales team during high footfall periods, launches, and events

• Handle pre-sales and CP leads including follow-ups and database activation

• Coordinate customer registrations, documentation, and agreement processes

• Engage with channel partners during site visits and assist in deal coordination

• Support CP onboarding, invoicing, and brokerage coordination with internal teams

Must-Have Criteria

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or sales support

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Experience in handling customer interactions

• Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
