Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator, based in Chennai. The role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries promptly. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, maintaining sales records, processing orders, and assisting in the preparation of reports. Effective communication with multiple stakeholders and ensuring seamless customer service are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with internal teams and clients
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks to manage records, process orders, and assist with reporting
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools or equivalent is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales support or a related field is a plus
