Role OverviewWe are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Representatives to support our Pro Loan Advisor US Loans process. The role focuses on identifying potential borrowers, conducting outreach, and scheduling qualified appointments for US loan advisors. This is a permanent night shift role aligned with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and reach potential US customers interested in loan and mortgage solutions
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Qualify leads based on loan requirements and customer eligibility
- Schedule appointments for US Loan Advisors
- Maintain accurate data and lead status updates in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to improve conversion rates
- Follow up with prospects to ensure engagement and lead progression
- Meet monthly outreach and qualified lead targets
Candidate Profile- Energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Confident in handling client conversations independently
- Comfortable working in night shift and target-based roles
- Ability to manage multiple leads and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn US loan and mortgage processes
Requirements- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, telecalling, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Understanding of CRM or lead management tools is an advantage
Preferred (Nice to Have)- Experience in US loan, mortgage, or finance lead generation
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Exposure to sales or telemarketing roles
- Basic knowledge of loan or financial products
Compensation & Growth- Fixed Salary: 15,000-30000 per month (in-hand)
- Additional Incentive: 15,000 per month upon achieving USD $3,000 in monthly business conversion
- Performance-based incentives on qualified leads and conversions
