Sales Supervisor | FMCG Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives to hit daily and monthly performance goals and volume targets.
- Retail Excellence: Conduct regular field visits to ensure 100% product availability, superior merchandising, and strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team activities via HHT (Hand-Held Terminals), ensuring accurate reporting, database management, and troubleshooting.
- Operations & Logistics: Supervise local stores and depots, analyzing performance and ensuring high standards of vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- Customer Relations: Resolve retailer complaints immediately and assist the team in negotiating deals and expanding the client base.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of solid FMCG Supervisory experience (Experience in the Bakery or Food sector is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Knowledge: Strong expertise in sales tools, execution techniques, and retail strategies.
