Sales Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise, motivate and lead a team of sales representatives

Sales Supervisor Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within sales
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and analytical capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
