Roles & Responsibilities
Supports the Director in developing sales and marketing strategies in driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing daily operations. This role involves overseeing the sales department in developing strategies to meet business goals, sales targets, providing guidance and support to customers. Drive sales growth by managing the full sales cycle of spare parts, consumables, and equipment within the Prime mover industries. Develop new customer relationships and maintain strong service standards for existing clients.
. Assist the Director in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activities and goals.
. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
. Handle administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, customer orders, and processing returns.
. Perform any other tasks as required by the company leadership to ensure smooth operations
. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth.
. Lead sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
. Experience in Prime mover industry is preferred.
. Able to work ad hoc hours
. Willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays
. Identify and engage prospective customers to expand the client base
. Conduct consistent follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
