Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Increase revenue through business development by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product offerings to ensure successful launch and strong market penetration.
- Drive operational efficiencies through continuous improvement of processes and implementation of best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects and business objectives.
- Lead pricing strategy and revenue optimization initiatives to maximize profitability and maintain market competitiveness.
- Prepare strong value propositions and develop MARCOM strategies to enhance product positioning and brand communication.
- Drive digitization of processes and systems to support scalability and the organization's next phase of growth.

- Performance of Overall Sales and Marketing
- Performance of key metrics such as Cost of Sales, Targeted Vs Achieved average price range (APR), Contribution of various verticals and business expansion.
- Disruptive innovations to support next phase of growth
- Digitization of processes and practices
Necessary & Desirable Skill Sets
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in developing and implementing processes and SOPs to drive operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of marketing intelligence, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability to support business growth and decision-making.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business and revenue objectives.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
