Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Increase revenue through business development by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product offerings to ensure successful launch and strong market penetration.
  • Drive operational efficiencies through continuous improvement of processes and implementation of best practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects and business objectives.
  • Lead pricing strategy and revenue optimization initiatives to maximize profitability and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Prepare strong value propositions and develop MARCOM strategies to enhance product positioning and brand communication.
  • Drive digitization of processes and systems to support scalability and the organization's next phase of growth.

KEY DELIVERABLES / KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Performance of Overall Sales and Marketing
  • Performance of key metrics such as Cost of Sales, Targeted Vs Achieved average price range (APR), Contribution of various verticals and business expansion.
  • Disruptive innovations to support next phase of growth
  • Digitization of processes and practices

Necessary & Desirable Skill Sets

  • Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing processes and SOPs to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing intelligence, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking ability to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business and revenue objectives.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
