Role Description

We are seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. The Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Core responsibilities include converting leads into sales, maintaining customer records, providing product and service information, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with training franchise partners about service offerings and operations. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively address client inquiries and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and deliver information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven Sales abilities with a focus on lead conversion and reaching sales targets.
• Basic understanding of Training dynamics to support franchise partners in maintaining operational standards.
• Passion for food and interest in dessert or Quick-Service industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications is desirable.
