Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Bengaluru. As a Sales Staff team member, you will engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored product solutions. Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, answering inquiries, offering expert advice, managing sales transactions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience.

• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with sanitaryware, tiles, modular kitchens, and wardrobes is an advantage.

• Team Collaboration: A proactive team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
