Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Staff based in Haridwar. The role involves engaging with customers to promote and sell financial products, such as loans in the Rural, Housing, Two-Wheeler, and Personal & Business (SME) segments. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, performing financial assessments, preparing documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Staff will represent the company to maintain professional relationships with clients and support the growth of the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of financial products such as loans or relevant experience in financial services
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal interactions
  • Time management, organizational skills, and an ability to meet targets
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with sales tracking and reporting tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Direct sales or field sales experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
