Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Staff member for a hybrid role based in Cuddalore, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Sales Staff will engage with clients to drive sales, build relationships with new and existing customers, and promote our eco-friendly product line. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, maintaining records of sales activities, and collaborating with the marketing team for promotional campaigns. The role also involves representing BOKO at events and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt communication and support.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close business opportunities
- Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies relevant to sales and customer management
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious living
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
