Hiring: Sales Specialist Real Estate (Patna Corporate Office)

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Specialist for our real estate projects in Patna. If you have strong communication skills in English & Hindi and experience in real estate sales, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

Job Role

• Handle customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Explain project details, pricing & offers to clients
• Conduct site visits & client meetings
• Generate leads and follow up regularly
• Close sales and achieve targets
• Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Good communication skills in English + Hindi

25 years experience in Real Estate Sales (preferred)

Confident personality with strong convincing skills

Basic knowledge of Patna property market

Ability to handle clients professionally
